Well day one was fantastic we have a good group with all different experiences. Yesterday we went over alot of information and did some clearings to prepare us for today. Today we are going to start doing channeling of our angels and doing some reading on each other.

FREE Holistic Health Fair in Geneva!!

Geneva is hosting its first downtown Holistic Health Fair this Sunday Sept 20, 11 - 4, in the parking area in front of the Soup to Nuts health food store, located at the corner of 7th St and State Street (Rte 38), Geneva.

This FREE event is providing the community with some 50 booths showcasing holistic offerings and two lecture venues - one with medical presentations, the other with metaphysical presentations. Many of the practitioners from the area who you folks are familiar with will be available for you to speak with, including Melody Hart, Doc and Linda Harbosky of Reflections of Life, Lisa Bertke of Prana Yoga and Atala Toy of Crystal Life. Topics will range from vaccines to whole foods to yoga demonstrations.

Community Reiki with John Gruba

My wife and me went to John J. Gruba for a community Reiki session with a few of our friends.
We did before and after Kirlian Photographer then every one received Reiki to open our chakra's and get our energy flowing. This was a vary cool experience. feeling the energy flow in our crown and out our feet.If you are looking for Reiki work or just want to try it out check out a community Reki session .

The ones on the left are before and the ones on the right are after. the goal is to have clear small circles that are bright. The tops ones are wife's and the bottom ones are mine.

3 Phases to stay present and get the most out fo this reality

During my journey to stay present I found three phases that needs to take place to be whole
I am completing the second phase and working on the third.

Phase1
- First we have to be in our body not just in our heads or on other planets. You have to be aware of when you are disconnected the space cadet formula essences helped me become more grounded in my body. You will be come more aware of what is going on physically and mentally you will start to connect with other.

Phase 2
- Spiritual work. you have to open up your chakras and let the spiritual energy flow from the crown now to the root to the earth. You have to find what feels good too you and what you connect with. For my self I found Sacred G , Reiki and Angel Healing. During this you will find your live goal and how you can help make a positive impact on the universe

Phase 3
- manifesting in this physical reality. Going out interacting and connecting with others in this reality. Making your own reality by adding your contributions to make a better universe.
