Have I been here

As I am researching , talking to others and learning on how to stay present. I am finding it seem that I am familiar the the different spiritual teachings and seem have done them before. But I feel that I do not make that connection. Like I was on this planet another time and was highly connected this time around I know the tools but they are not connecting? Help .. Universe ..
